Join this webinar to learn why grasslands are like upside-down rainforests, and hear from experts in grassland carbon finance about what businesses can do to support these biodiversity hotspots.

Depending on how they’re defined, grasslands account for between 20 and 40 percent of the world's land area and exist on every continent except Antarctica. Keeping natural grasslands intact and healthy keeps carbon locked below ground, while their grasses and shrubs continue pulling additional carbon from the atmosphere as they grow.
One third of the greenhouse gas (GHG) mitigation required between now and 2030 can be provided by carbon drawdown through natural climate solutions like grassland conservation projects.
By purchasing carbon credits, companies can support the protection of grasslands, which sequester large volumes of carbon through their long roots and deliver a range of other benefits including biodiversity enhancement.
